Arrival
Arrival’s theme understanding is use the time given wisely when being brought upon pressure. Use your time wisely because you never know when it’s going to end. Countries are pressuring Louise and Ian as they want a response to them joining alliance to attack the aliens when she can communicate with them if given the proper time or no limit to the time she has. As time is ticking many smaller problems start to appear which only delay the time given to them. As Louise and Ian work under pressure they find the solution, learning the language given to them, to bring the world to peace and face unhappy moments only she seems to flash-forward to.
The editing given in the movie gives good scenes due to the takes it provides to give intense vibes with the angles given. As the moments get intense it can only imply that will get worse, but it will lead you to a shocking relief. But that’s not all, problems seem to appear and the intensity gets bigger and better. it really gives amazing feelings to how it will lead off to the rest.
The cinematography is quite amazing as it will give you good scenes to what is happening and will leave you questioning how they actually pulled it off. How the aliens they create don’t seem to give off any bad questionings on how or why the movements they portray are weird. It also helps you understand what they’re facing because without a proper scene it will create chaos. It helps you understand how the countries are getting ready to face off the aliens as the U.S. try to provide time for Louise or Ian.
Also cinematography and editing worked really well with the flashbacks and flash-forwards. They really help each other out on what is happening ad how it’s happening. There’s no sign of lacking in the scenes because it gives the feel of it actually happening in the past not the future. Without one of them the scenes wouldn’t connect very well to what the writer it’s trying to portray.
The Director, Denis Villeneuve, knew the understandings of providing intense hooks on Arrival that will have you asking for more. Knowing that with every conclusion a new problem will be set with either relief or stress, but won’t upset you in any way. He knew that what he provided in the movie gave every scene an important role to the communication being provided on a short period of time, making a really good movie when understanding the theme.
The essay was great. There was really no issues but just something small. On the second paragraph the begging of the last sentence it should be capitalized. All your grammars and your sentence were great just that small little issue.
